Privacy policy

Haggla processes personal data to run the marketplace: bring buyers and sellers together, draw up contracts and invoices, and keep deals safe. This page sets out what we process, why, and your rights.

What we process

Account: name, email address and a hashed password. If you chose a contact method other than email, it is stored too.

Organisation: organisation name, organisation number, address and the contact details you provide. The organisation number is used to verify that the organisation exists.

Identity: organisation verification uses the documents you upload (registration certificate and an ID document) to confirm that you are who you say.

Deals: listings with their content and specification, negotiations, contracts, invoices, transport and storage assignments, and delivery confirmations.

Technical: notifications, a language cookie and a session cookie for signing in. We use no advertising cookies.

Why we process it

To perform our agreement with you — create the account, show listings, draw up contracts and invoice.

To comply with laws we are subject to, such as Swedish bookkeeping law.

To keep the platform safe: verify identity, detect misuse and log events in the service.

How long we keep it

Account details are kept for as long as the account is active. If you close the account, the personal data in the profile is erased.

Contracts, invoices and other bookkeeping material are kept for as long as bookkeeping law requires, even if the account is closed.

Your rights

You can request a record of your data and receive it in a machine-readable format.

You can request correction of inaccurate data, and erasure of personal data.

These rights are not unlimited: information that forms part of bookkeeping material must be kept by law.

Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.

Cookies

One cookie holds your language choice, one holds your sign-in. Both are needed for the service to work and are not used for tracking.
