FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about Haggla.

What does it cost to use Haggla?

Creating an account and publishing listings costs nothing. When a deal closes, the party who created the listing pays a flat fee plus a commission, and the counterparty pays a flat fee. See the pricing page for details.

Who can use Haggla?

Growers, buyers and transport operators. You register as a seller, a buyer or both.

How do I make a safe deal?

You agree on terms and sign a contract directly on Haggla. Contracts and payment are kept together in one place.

Can I sell more than grain?

Yes. Machinery, livestock, grain and transport — all in one marketplace.

How do forward contracts work?

You agree the price in advance, the buyer pays in advance and you deliver at harvest. A unique Haggla feature.

How is my identity confirmed?

Through the organisation verification: you upload the registration certificate and an ID document, and Haggla reviews them. The "Verified" badge then shows on your listings and contracts.

Who pays the commission?

Both parties pay the flat 500 kr fee when a deal closes. The 2 % commission applies to the amount above 20,000 kr and is paid by whoever created the listing — as the counterparty you pay only the flat fee. VAT is added to both.

Can I buy part of a lot?

Yes, listings can be splittable in fixed multiples. An accepted partial bid does not lock the level for the next bidder: the floor follows the reserve price and the bid step for the quantity that remains.

How do payment and invoicing work?

You agree the terms in the contract, and the invoice is created in Haggla once the deal is completed. Both parties see the same basis, and the fee is invoiced according to the fee model.

What happens if we do not agree?

A negotiation can be cancelled before both parties have approved the terms, and the listing then returns to its previous state. If a dispute arises there is a separate flow for it, built on the same contract and the same basis.

How far can an auction be extended?

The seller sets anti-sniping in minutes and can choose up to 10,080 minutes, seven days. A bid placed at the end extends the auction by that time instead of deciding it in the last second.

Where can I sell and buy?

Listings reach buyers across Sweden. You set the location and region, and can filter by county, town, distance, commodity type and price. If the goods need hauling or storage, transport and storage can be attached to the deal.
